In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. Name Change to Intouch Insight Ltd.

OTTAWA, Canada July 12, 2016 – In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. (TSXV: INX) today announces that the Company will change its corporate name to Intouch Insight Ltd. effective July 15, 2016. The Company’s trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange INX will not change.

On June 21, 2016, at the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders, the shareholders voted in favor of changing the corporate name to Intouch Insight Ltd.

“We are pleased to announce that shareholders accepted our proposed company name change.” says Cameron Watt, President and Chief Executive Officer at Intouch Insight “The new name now reflects the names of our operating companies, Intouch Insight Inc. and Intouch Insight Corp., which ties all our branding together providing less confusion in the marketplace.”

“We have made major advances in our branding both from a product point of view as well as corporately. Bringing everything together will help us market to new potential customers as well as to the investment community”, added Watt.
