When will my credit card be charged?
No credit card is required to sign-up for the 14-day free trial of IntouchCheck™, and your credit card will only be charged once you officially sign-up for one of our subscriptions plans.

Will I be notified before my trial expires?
Yes! Our fabulous support teams have put together some useful tips and tricks that will arrive in your inbox once you have signed up. You will also receive a reminder notice half-way through your trial, and again a day before expiration.
If you need more time, just respond to one of those emails, or reach out to support and one of our team members will take care of your needs. -
Can I downgrade my subscription?
You can, but we doubt you’ll want to! Once you’re consistently gaining data and driving your own business and customer intelligence, the sky's the limit with what you can do. You’re going to love how easy we make it to automate workflows that drive your success, keep your fingers on the pulse of your day-to-day, customer perceptions, ROI and long term possibilities.
