In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. Announces Change In Company Auditors

OTTAWA, Canada December 12, 2014 – In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. (“In-Touch”, or “the Company”) (TSX-Venture: INX) announces that Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants, (the "Former Auditor") resigned at the Company's request as the Company's auditor effective immediately. The Board of Directors of the Company have appointed MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Company's auditor in the place and stead of the Former Auditor until the close of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Company’s audit partner from last year resigned from the Former Auditor and joined MNP LLP. To maintain continuity and keep the current audit partner intact, the Company has decided to appoint MNP LLP in its stead.

The Company would like to thank the Former Auditor for their excellence and professionalism and reports that there are no reportable events between the Company and the Former Auditors. The Company will file the required statutory filings shortly.
