In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. Grants Stock Options and Position Changes

OTTAWA, Oct. 1, 2015 - In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. ("In-Touch") (TSXV: INX). Michael Gaffney, Executive Chairman of In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. reports that the Company's board of directors has approved the grant of options to purchase up to 300,000 common shares at an exercise price of C $0.28 per share to employees and officers of the Company. The majority of the options are being granted to the newly acquired employees of Statopex. The options were granted October 1, 2015 and are valid until September 30, 2020. The current stock option plan expires on the day of the Annual General Meeting to receive December 31, 2016 financial statements and is subject to regulatory approval.

The Company is also announcing that effective October 1, 2015, Mr. David Newby, takes on the position of Vice President Human Resources & Customer Experience. Mr. Newby was previously in the role of Director of Customer Experience.
