Do you offer team discounts or corporate plans?
Our pricing was designed to support businesses in their journey towards CX maturity. We know that for a CX program to be truly effective, it takes a village, and that’s why non-user based billing is at the core of our philosophy. We want to make sure that everyone across your organization can participate in helping you earn more and save more without limitation!
As far as corporate plans go, we know that sometimes situations are unique. We do offer enterprise-level plans for large organizations whose usage falls outside of our standard tiers.

What are my payment options & when will I be charged?
We accept payment from all major credit card providers, and you will only be charged once you officially sign-up for one of our subscription plans.

Can I change my plan or downgrade my subscription?
You can, but we doubt you’ll want to!
