IntouchCheck^® is Intouch Insight’s digital solution for operational checklists and inspections. It’s used for compliance audits and daily operating procedures to collect operational data and drive follow-up actions.

Pricing is usage-based and designed so customers pay for what they use, with a mix of location, user, and usage-based models. Plans are flexible and can be tailored to your organization’s needs.

Typically there is no seat limit because pricing is location-based, so you aren’t charged per user. If location-based pricing doesn’t suit your case, Intouch will discuss alternate models that may include user limits.

Both options are available. IntouchCheck^® is typically billed monthly but annual billing can be arranged if that fits your situation better.

Because it’s built on the Intouch platform, operational data from IntouchCheck^® can be analyzed alongside voice-of-customer and mystery shopping data to show how operations affect customer experience.

We offer APIs, out-of-the-box connectors, webhooks, and other data-transfer solutions to manage users, location hierarchies, and import external data. 

Compliance Inspections focuses on site visits and audits with customizable inspection templates, scoring thresholds, follow-up task assignment, and location comparison reporting. Daily Operations targets recurring operational checklists (opening/closing/safety) with scheduled checks, question randomization, adaptive questions, and unlimited users.
