Switch chart types on the fly

Have you ever created a chart for your dashboard, added your data, metrics and filters and then realized: Dang it! I've chosen the wrong chart, and had to start over again? Well do we ever have the feature for you. With our new feature, you can find the right chart to display your data without having to reconfigure the settings. While in the chart builder, you will be able to change the chart type even if you have already added your data, metrics, and filters. This feature ensures that you are able to find the perfect chart for your data without having to rebuild the configuration each time.

Export PDF to connectors

Integrations are a quick and effective way to get data into other tools and platforms. These integrations can be automated so you can sit back and have your data exported without having to do it manually.

Now, you can have PDFs of records from any product (IntouchShop™, IntouchSurvey™ or IntouchCheck™) sent to any of your connectors, including Slack, Google Drive, SFTP, Dropbox, and Box. To configure, head to the automation hub and configure your trigger. When the specified event occurs, the action will be triggered, sending a PDF copy of the record to your connector.

Warning message for unpublished changes

Never worry about distributing a survey with unpublished changes with our new warning message. If you head to distribute your survey by email and have unpublished changes, you will get a warning message in order to help ensure that you are sending your customers the most up to date version of your survey.
