CX Tech Top-Ups: CSV Export for IntouchIntelligence

At Intouch, we’re always looking for ways to make our platform work better for you. This month, we’re introducing a new feature to IntouchIntelligence (IQ): Data Table CSV Export.

What’s New?

You can now export data tables from your custom dashboards as CSV files. These tables organize your data in a clear, easy-to-read format, and with this feature, you can download them for further analysis in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau.

This update is designed to give users more flexibility and control over their data, making it easier to turn insights into action.

How It Works

Exporting a data table takes just a few clicks:

1. Head to your custom dashboard.
2. Find the data table you want to export.
3. Open the triple-dot menu.
4. Select “Export as CSV.”

Your file will download automatically, ready for use.

Just a quick note: This feature is for data tables only and doesn’t apply to other chart types.
